Vacancy: Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Execute customer marketing/engagement plans.
- Ensure optimal customer service experience at every client interaction.
- Recommend to the Head, Business Development on customer needs, product development and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure the delivery of services to customers.
- Achieve revenue targets across different product/ service offerings.
- Introduce new service offerings to customers based on segments.
- Cross-selling of all products based on the identification of customer needs.
- Development of strategies to drive market share.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 2.2 from a reputable University
- Minimum of five years of sales and marketing experience post-NYSC
- Master’s Degree is an advantage
- Knowledge of the use of business analytics and intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate knowledge of IT
