Vacancy: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.


  1. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Identify and acquire new customers.
  3. Execute customer marketing/engagement plans.
  4. Ensure optimal customer service experience at every client interaction.
  5. Recommend to the Head, Business Development on customer needs, product development and marketing strategies.
  6. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure the delivery of services to customers.
  7. Achieve revenue targets across different product/ service offerings.
  8. Introduce new service offerings to customers based on segments.
  9. Cross-selling of all products based on the identification of customer needs.
  10. Development of strategies to drive market share.


  1. Minimum of 2.2 from a reputable University
  2. Minimum of five years of sales and marketing experience post-NYSC
  3. Master’s Degree is an advantage
  4. Knowledge of the use of business analytics and intelligence tools
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Intermediate knowledge of IT
